Before You Start Your Tour
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required for the four staffed model homes during campaign hours. Private appointments are recommended for additional communities and visits outside the advertised hours.
Which model homes will be open?
Cobblestone in McAllen, Woodland Oaks in Harlingen, Paloma Ranch in Harlingen, and Russell Ranch in San Benito will be open from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM during both campaign weekends.
Can I tour more than one community?
Yes. Our team can help you build a route based on your preferred location, home needs, and available time.
Are additional communities available?
Yes. Rio Orchards, Allison Estates, Sun Country, RABB Ranch, and Liberty Estates are available by appointment.
Do I have to be preapproved?
No. Buyers at every stage are welcome. When appropriate, our team can introduce you to one of our preferred lending partners for guidance.
Is this a discounted-home event?
No. The Built Better Home Tour is focused on showcasing our homes, communities, quality standards, and buyer experience.
Is U R HOME TEXAS part of another home-tour event?
